At Cinema Bandi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and order issues.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within a few minutes of placement, before preparation begins

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order

Refunds

• If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days

Quality Issues

• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within 24 hours with details

  • We may request a photo of the item for verification
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly

Third-Party Delivery Orders

• For orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.), please contact the respective platform for refund requests

  • We are not responsible for delivery-related issues handled by third-party services

Catering Orders

• Catering cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Custom or large catering orders may have different cancellation terms discussed at the time of booking
